Angela is the heart behind XOXO Wedding Co., bringing over two decades of experience in the wedding and events industry. Since beginning her career in 2003, she quickly discovered her passion for creating meaningful celebrations and helping people feel cared for in life’s most important moments.
A natural connector, Angela thrives on bringing people together—whether professionally or in her everyday life (and yes, she’s usually the one showing up with her famous cucumber sandwiches). Her diverse background across venues, sales, and event operations has shaped a coordination style that is both thoughtful and strategic. She is known for navigating high-pressure moments with grace, while ensuring every detail and logistical flow is seamlessly executed.
Clients are drawn to Angela’s honesty, warmth, and genuine care. Many relationships don’t end at “I do”—they turn into lasting friendships. For Angela, there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing a vision come to life and knowing she played a part in creating a joyful, stress-free experience.
When she’s not coordinating weddings, you’ll find her chasing her granddaughter, Linden, around; exploring local wineries and breweries with her friends, planning her next beach trip, or relaxing at home with her husband—wine in hand and a Netflix series queued up.

Ayla has been part of the wedding and event industry for over six years, though her journey began long before that—assisting her mom with weddings back in high school. What started as lending a helping hand quickly grew into a true passion for creating meaningful, memorable celebrations.
She loves connecting with couples and being part of such an important day, helping bring each unique vision to life with care and attention to detail. Ayla brings a calm, positive energy to every event and truly enjoys making the day feel seamless for everyone involved.
Outside of weddings, you can find her at home with her husband, daughter, and their two pups. They love taking on home projects together or heading out to car and truck shows with friends and family—usually with a Red Bull in hand and her next idea already in the works!

That experience became the catalyst for her career in the wedding industry—and she hasn’t looked back since.
Over the years, she has had the honor of working with countless clients, transforming their unique visions into stunning realities. While weddings hold a special place in her heart, her expertise extends far beyond—curating everything from themed birthday parties and elegant baby showers to intimate proposals and full-scale celebrations. No matter the size or scope, each event is approached with creativity, care, and a strong attention to detail.

She is a proud mom to three wonderful sons and a beautiful granddaughter who lovingly calls her “Leelee”—a role she absolutely cherishes.
An Aries queen at heart, Alicia brings confidence, passion, and a bold energy to everything she does. Her favorite color is purple—a symbol of royalty—which perfectly reflects her vibrant personality and presence.

Liz is a dedicated wedding day coordinator who is passionate about creating seamless, stress-free celebrations so couples can truly soak in every moment of their big day. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, organized approach, she takes pride in bringing each couple’s vision to life while thoughtfully managing all of the behind-the-scenes logistics.
As a former XOXO bride, Liz understands firsthand what it feels like to be in your shoes—from the excitement to the small moments of overwhelm—and she uses that experience to guide and support her couples every step of the way.
Outside of weddings, Liz is a married mom of two who enjoys staying active through CrossFit and spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family. She brings that same energy, discipline, and creativity into every wedding she coordinates. ✨

Rachel brings over 15 years of experience in the wedding industry, with a background that spans everything from planning unforgettable celebrations to seamlessly managing venues. Now a sales consultant for a party rental company, she loves helping bring her clients’ visions to life with creativity and ease.
A self-proclaimed girly girl, Rachel thrives on champagne, iced coffee, and anything that sparkles. When she’s not working her magic on events, you can find her cozied up with a good book or movie alongside her cat.
